Where Community, Culture, and the Earth Connect

Por La Tierra - Por La Cultura (PLT-PLC) is rooted in the belief that thriving communities begin with connection.

Based in Arizona, we bring people together through environmental education, sustainability, cultural programming, leadership development, and community-centered projects that inspire learning, creativity, and action.

Our work creates opportunities to reconnect with the land, celebrate culture, develop new leaders, and strengthen the relationships that help our communities thrive.

We believe that caring for the earth, honoring our roots, and investing in one another are all part of building a healthier, more connected, and sustainable future.
